Recruitement and Training
The people recruited as service personel are given
special onsite trainings and inductions. Courteousness,
politeness and simplicity are very important virtues
which we look for while recruitting people in our
service department. |

Two Tier System
We have developed a unique two tier system of Service.
There are three or four Supervispors managers on
each floor who interact with the customer and take
orders. They are generally well mannered, cultured
and pleasing personalities. Once the order has been
Placed they interact with a team assigned to them
to serve the order. So the second team serves the
order under the supervision of the Supervisor. This
unique system ensures smooth interaction with client
without any miscommunications and is highly appreciated
by our clients. |

Hygiene
The entire outlet is properly washed everyday to
ensure proper hygeine. Proper care is taken to ensure
that all service personel look fresh, warm and clean.
