Ratna' is a well known Brand of Restaurant
chain in Northern India serving vegetarian cuisine with
a speciality in south Indian delicacies. Sagar Ratna
has established its own identity in whole of Northern
part of India for their high quality food, quick, homely
and personalised service and utmost hygiene and upkeep
of premises added with low and affordable price.
The first outlet of SAGAR was opened in a deserted &
sleepy market of Defence Colony in a way back 5th December
1986, with a mere seating capacity of 40 seats. Within
a span of a year the Sagar has not only changed the
destiny of the self but simultaneously prospered each
and every inmates of 70 odd idle shops in the market
and is now one of the busiest eating joints/shopping
center of the capital. Sagar Ratna has added
23 outlets of their own and 16 Franchise outlets all
over India.
The steady growth of the organisation is totally attributed
to the owner Mr. Jayaram Banan who even today welcomes
& receives the customers personally by standing in the
entrance of Defence Colony outlet, cracking jokes, managing
the long queue, keeping the long tired waiting customers
in a good humour. The 40 seats Restaurant has now grown
into mass 225 seating restaurant, serpentine queue still
continuing depicts the real attraction and choice amongst
the best restaurant of the town.
It is the general feeling of our clients that the Food
served at SAGAR is the most hygienic, light and authentic
South Indian delicacies easily digestible and considered
to be a healthy Food. The high quality of Food, homely
and personalised service, a high degree of hygiene and
cleanliness is the " Success Mantra" of the Sagar Ratna
and its growth. We have successfully launched 20 outlets
of our own and 14 Franchise outlets all over India.
Also planing to spread our wings by expanding our outlets
in USA, UK, Australia , & Singapore soon.
